- Confirmation will be sent via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
- Orders may be cancelled due to stock, pricing, or technical issues.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are in INR (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated.
- Payment options include UPI, cards, net banking, and COD.
4. Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery available in select areas based on pin code.
- Pickup orders must be collected within the designated time slot.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Perishable items are not returnable.
- Non-perishable returns accepted within 24 hours with proof.
- Refunds processed within 7 working days.
6. WhatsApp Notifications
- By ordering, you consent to receive messages via WhatsApp.
- Reply STOP to opt out of marketing messages.
- We do not share your number with third parties.
7. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery and contact details.
- SPM reserves the right to suspend fraudulent or abusive users.
